About the Product

Is this just another cellulite cream? No — and that distinction matters. Lumme isn't a cream and it doesn't claim to "melt" anything. It's an active botanical oil designed to work with mechanical massage — cupping, fascia rolling, or even your hands. The Hydrolyzed Collagen and Plant Stem Cells address the structural cause of dimpling, not just the surface.

What actually causes cellulite? Not lack of effort — that much is certain. Cellulite forms when fibrous connective tissue (septae) tethers your skin downward while subcutaneous fat pushes upward through a thinning dermis. Diet and exercise alone can't fix that because they were never the right tool for a structural problem. Lumme is.

Can I use it without massage tools? Yes. Your hands work fine. That said, pairing Lumme with a silicone cup, fascia roller, or dry brush significantly amplifies results — the mechanical action releases tight fascia while the oil delivers active ingredients into warmed, stimulated tissue. If you own any of those tools, this is what makes them actually work.

Will it work on older, more established cellulite? Skin structure changes at any age. Women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s consistently see results — often more noticeable ones, because their dermis responds more visibly to collagen stimulation. It may take the full 56-day protocol rather than 28, but the biology works regardless of age.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding? We'd always recommend checking with your GP or midwife first. Lumme is vegan, phthalate-free, sulphate-free, and paraben-free — but we won't make safety claims about pregnancy on your behalf. Your doctor knows your situation; we don't.

Using Lumme

How do I use it correctly? After showering, dispense 2–3 pumps onto your target area. Massage in firm upward circular motions for 5–10 minutes — with a tool if you have one, with your hands if you don't. The oil absorbs in 60 seconds. Get dressed. That's your entire evening ritual.

How much should I use per session? 2–3 pumps per area. One bottle is designed to last your full first 28-day cycle with daily use across one or two target areas. If you're treating a larger area daily, consider a two-bottle order.

Can I use it on areas other than my thighs? Yes — it works anywhere you're targeting. Thighs, buttocks, stomach, upper arms. The mechanism is the same regardless of location.

When is the best time to use it? After a warm shower, when your pores are open and your skin is receptive. Evening works best for most women because it becomes a wind-down ritual rather than a rushed morning step. Consistency matters more than timing.

Results & Expectations

How long until I see results? Your skin replaces itself on a 28-day cycle — that's your honest minimum for structural change. Most women notice improved hydration and skin tone within the first week. Visible dimple reduction typically becomes measurable between 4 and 8 weeks of daily use. We'll always give you a real answer over a pretty promise.

What if I'm already using other body care products? Lumme plays well with most routines. Apply it as your massage step, before any heavier body moisturiser if you use one. Don't layer it over other active oils — use it directly on clean skin so the actives can absorb properly.

I've tried everything. Why would this be different? Because most of what you've tried was the wrong category of product for a structural problem. Scrubs exfoliate the surface. Lotions moisturise the surface. Lumme works mechanically — it's the slip agent that makes fascia massage effective, combined with actives that thicken the dermis over time. If you've been doing the massage without the right oil, or the right oil without the massage, you've been doing half the protocol.
