If you've used Lumme daily and don't see visible firming within 30 days, email us your order number through our Contact Us Page. We'll organise your refund promptly — no lengthy process, no sending anything back.
This guarantee exists because we believe in the product. If it doesn't deliver for you, you shouldn't pay for it.
Returning Unopened Products
Changed your mind before opening? We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, email us your order number and we'll confirm the return address and next steps. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
Please note: we're unable to process returns on opened or used products outside of our satisfaction guarantee, or on returns initiated after 30 days of delivery.
What We Don't Accept
We don't accept returns on opened or used products unless you're claiming under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We also can't accept returns on orders older than 30 days from the delivery date.
