Placing an Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is acknowledgement of your order, not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.
Promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively and are subject to the terms of each individual promotion.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees — occasional delays due to carrier issues or peak periods may occur. We are not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds

- Unused, unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Used products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — if you don't see results, contact us
- We do not accept change-of-mind returns on opened or used products
- Return postage for non-defective items is the customer's responsibility
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our returns policy.
